firearm transfers


We are happy to assist in FFL firearm transfers. If you purchase a firearms from another retailer and need a physical FFL to process the application and background check, we can help!

The transfer fee is $25/firearm and includes the application processing and background check (if applicable).

We are open to the public.

PROCESS:
  1. You order a firearm from an online firearms dealer.
  2. The seller will need to have a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL). If they do not have a copy, we can email them one. You or the FFL may email [email protected] to request us to send a copy of our FFL to the seller.
  3. The seller will ship the firearm to us. Once we receive it, we will call you to let you know that your firearm is ready to be picked up. Please allow 1-2 business days after delivery for us to process the receipt of the firearm into our system.
  4. You will come to our location to complete the application and background check (if applicable). The $25 transfer fee will be paid at the time the firearm is picked up.
*A valid government issued ID with your photo and address is required to pick up the firearm. Please make sure your address is up-to-date. If your address is not current on your ID, a government issued document with your current address will be required. Examples include Texas Vehicle Registration (not an insurance card), voter ID card, City of Houston water bill, Harris County tax bill (not a lease), etc.
